Return And Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days for a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Process:
- Contact support@kelymariona.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Pack items securely and include a copy of your original receipt or order confirmation.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, personalized/customized items, and clearance merchandise are not eligible for returns.
